Accurate, Objective, Impartial and Confidential
BEE VERIFICATION AGENCY CC also known as BEEVER, has rendered BEE Verification services since the inception of the draft BEE Codes of Good Practice in 2006.

- Professionalism in interpreting and applying the BEE Codes
We make use of sophisticated, accurate and client friendly software to ensure speedy, reliable and user-friendly service to our clients.
Our wizard software calculates your BEE score from verified raw data entered by the analyst, leaving no chance for incorrect manual calculations by analysts.
Once the client has contracted with us and an Analyst (team) has been allocated to perform the verification, the following 5 step methodology is implemented:
The Analyst selects the checklist and methodology appropriate to the client's legal entity and turnover and informs the client regarding what evidence is required for verification as well as what process and methodology are followed. The client is then given time to prepare the evidence. (Two weeks should be enough time.)
The Analyst collects the evidence and checks that all relevant evidence is presented by the client.
The Analyst assesses the evidence and factor the raw data into our BEE wizard calculator. The Analyst determines which evidence needs to be verified and prepares a verification plan based on samples drawn from the BEE element populations and communicates the plan requirements to the client.
The Analyst conducts the on-site verification at the premises of the client and conducts the sample interviews and interrogates the additional information requested. Based on the evidence obtained from the sample evidence the Analyst updates the wizard and finalises the client file which is submitted for final compliance verification.
The Compliance Manager assesses the client file to ensure compliance to SANAS R47, the BEE Codes of Good Practise and our internal standards and procedures. Only once all these requirements are checked is a BEE certificate and report issued and distributed to the client.
We verify companies in terms of the Revised BEE Codes and most sector codes.
Our clients range from large corporate businesses with a turnover of more than R20 billion to Qualifying Small Enterprises from all business sectors.
